Minor in Engineering Leadership Development
The Minor in Engineering Leadership Development aims to prepare students for leadership positions. Complementing a technical engineering education with knowledge of communication and management, the Minor gives Clark school students a strong foundation in leadership abilities.

Inventis: Academy of Engineering Leadership
Inventis is an invitational program that pairs talented students with Clark School faculty members. The Academy is dedicated to creating opportunities in leadership, mentoring and networking. Students value the program in that it better prepares them for positions in research, teaching, and industry.
